10 RULES FOR A CORRECT SUN EXPOSURE

Always apply sunscreen to prevent the risk of sunburn, reddening and sun- rash.

Choose a sun- screen depending on your phototype and the time and place of exposure.

Do not stay in the sun for too long and avoid peak hours.

Do not put too much trust in beach umbrellas or clouds! UV rays can still penetrate through them.

Wear a t-shirt, hat and sunglasses to avoid sunburn.

Help those
close to you to protect themselves, especially children and babies.

Apply a suf cient quantity of sunscreen before going out into the sun.

Apply again after swimming, drying and excessive sweating.

Do not forget to protect yourself when you are in the water too!
